JOB FUNCTION To assist the Directors with all aspects of HR Management and to provide a comprehensive and effective HR service to the organisation. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To provide advice to Department Managers and Directors as required taking into account appropriate HR practice and current employment legislation. 2. To research and propose solutions on HR related matters taking full account of the requirements and resources available in the business. 3. To fully investigate all HR practices and procedures in existence and maintain or propose amendments in order to develop the HR service in the company. 4. To provide advice and guidance to staff with HR related queries as and when required. 5. To monitor sickness absence and provide assistance to Managers in dealing with absence related issues. 6. To periodically review company handbook and HR procedures and propose amendments or update as appropriate.
