Duties and responsibilities: • Managing delivery discrepancies, dealing with disputes, resolving issues, overseeing the delivery schedules times and dates of misplaced goods for DHL drivers. • Liaising with DHL depot head office in Europe, communicating to various departments on a daily basis, regarding supplier and recipient’s confidential information. • Organising control of stock (delivery), audit security and assisting in stock take providing full range of administrative support to Management, duties include; word processing of letters, memos, general filing of parcel information, cash handling of expenses, assisting senior management in other daily administrative duties. • Complying with practices and adhering head office standards and Communication. • Delivering excellent customer service at all levels to goods suppliers and recipients.
