This includes full stocktakes as well as departmental ad hoc counts conducted by third party providers Centralised checking: Providing support for all elements of the operation including daily system reports, dealing with supplier queries and weekly KPI reports Weekly exception reporting: Production and distribution of BW exceptions reports to store operations. This includes audit store control document, line discounts exceptions and stock adjustments Weekly/Period/ Quarterly audit reporting: Produce weekly/period audit reports summarising and analysing audit activity by type and Region/Area/Store Produce Quarterly Risk Rating Report showing individual ranked risk rating Provide administrative support to the field-based Audit Team: Arrange hotel bookings and air and other travel arrangements for all field-based audit personnel
