Job profile for a Business Support

Customer support with all technical data advised from the marketing manager, prepare reports & presentation reflect the market situation for BU. Customer Service for all current customers including logistic to provide efficient services. Support sales activities/responsibilities on a daily basis with sales activities. Work on tenders & quotations; operate the daily follow up for DIB orders. Essential duties and responsibilities • Handle sales order processing & control prices in coordination with business head. • Make necessary control before order processing. • Responsible for logistics, statistics & BU office work. • Coordination between BU head and suppliers to achieve high performance. • Follow up orders, shipping and OC, quotation with our principal export coordinator. • Follow-up payments steps & ensure meeting the due date. • Maintaining customer records and sales files. • Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for BU head. • To process inquiry by phone, fax and email in relation to company business. Increase of Efficiency • To maintain an efficient working environment. • Ensure meeting the delivery time required by customers. • Initiate process improvement. • To maintain good relations with our customers. • Complete reporting requirements accurately and timely. • Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including working extra hours if required to ensure company business objective are met.
