To provide leadership to the Charity and to take responsibility for its management and administration within the strategic and accountability frameworks established by the Board of Trustees. 2. With the Chair, to enable the Board of Trustees to fulfil its duties and responsibilities for the proper governance of the Charity and to ensure that the Board receives advice and information in a timely, thorough and appropriate manner. 3. To work closely with the Board in ensuring the furtherance of the charitable purposes of the Charity. 4. To ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the values of the charity. 5. The post holder will have overall responsibility for the operation of the Charity.
