Lead a team of claim handlers in the country and administer and maintain up to date records on all Goods-in-Transit claims made against the company and to compile accurate records to reflect claim performance ? To monitor progress of claims under investigation and report back to the Country Security & Risk Manager of late submission ? Enter all reported Goods-in-Transit claims onto the System ? Ensure Customer service is kept appraised of claims progress by Mail / Letter ? Follow up on authorized claims payments to ensure correct payment has been made ? To communicate to the Country Security & Risk Manager of all major Loss / Damages ? To notify the Country Security & Risk Manager of unusual claim trends ? Conclude all claims timely and close on the Systems
