Essential Job Functions: •Implement and actively own, manage and take responsibility for Global Corporate Solutions’ products, working collaboratively with the relationship managers, sales, client services and product development teams • Work in collaboration with internal groups such as Client Support, Web Development, Product Development, Sales teams as well as outside vendors to ensure quality and timely services are delivered to clients • Assess clients’ business needs and budget, and respond to needs with product and service solution • Identify client needs and respond to with customized training, help to analyze and interpret product data, develop custom reports, triage and resolve problems, and answers questions on application functionality, investor relations industry, and competitive intelligence • Proactively contact assigned client base with a thorough account review on a regular basis • Educate and train new and existing clients on new services, products and product enhancements • Identify additional revenue opportunities within assigned client base and work collaboratively with sales to close new business •Communicate client feedback, high-level issues, and recommendations throughout the organization to effect change and enhance service and product offerings • Conduct on-site client visits as needed • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Investor Relations industry and keep apprised of its regulations and updates
