Continue ownership of Annuity Mailbox & deal with all issues & queries from both internal/external customers. Be responsible for the processing and issue of all annuity cheque payments to clients Maintenance of the Diary and Guidebook Ensure returned credits are actioned according to agreed procedures Ensure daily audit prints are processed Keying of Annuity zip file Provide cover for Annuity run process Ensure negative payment report are auctioned according to agreed timescales Preparation of month end reconciliations , ensuring full analysis of outstanding items Ensure Write- off back up file is maintained and required information is obtained Provide relevant reports to Risk & Compliance on a quarterly basis.
