start 5.30 bake bread prepare meals for 17 people 3 meals a day 35 days on 35 days off..(on full pay)in the ships gally on my own all weathers.. includes washing up... general cleaning of ships gally..fridges.. meat room..store rooms.. writing menus every day,, try to give them something different every day..ordering provisions.. and end of month provision accounts...but to name a few..it goes on and on and on....all within buget..regards ken
