One reader writes: I am employed within a Children\'s Centre working with children aged 0-5 years. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and our role includes keeping records on children, written observations, planning and implementing the curriculum and the general care and education of the children. Our role also includes working alongside outside agencies as required ie, MAST teams and working closely with parents and carers.
