Job profile for a Environmental, Health & Safety Analyst

Assist with the maintenance and development of the IM/CP/CX and DX divisions EH&S Management Systems to ensure that the ISO14001 and OHAS18001 certifications are effectively maintained. This will require the role holder to be involved in assessments, audits, reviews etc in order to then contribute towards preventative action, ie process development, risk reduction etc. Extend, develop and deploy the Imaging divisions approaches for Health safety and Environmental management in order to secure ISO14001 and OHAS18001 certification for the DX division. Establishment and execution of an appropriate annual audit plan and associated audits to ensure the effective deployment of the Health & Safety and Environmental management system within the DX division. Establishment and deployment of appropriate communications and training collateral to ensure all DX staff have an appropriate awareness of their personal responsibilities required to support the DX Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems. Maintaining the Health & Safety and Environmental metrics and balanced scorecard for the DX division and the Environmental metrics and balanced scorecard for both the Imaging and the DX divisions. This is an individual contributor role however it requires significant interaction with members of the Sales, Service and other operational and support teams at all levels within both the Imaging and Diagnostics divisions. The role also requires work to be conducted at our remote locations, ie Bracknell, PETNET and PFI.
