Key Responsibilities To interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and business opportunities. To contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments. To negotiate with potential purchasers, ensuring that our clients\' interests are your primary concern. To co-ordinate your transactions ensuring that you provide the highest standards of customer care to buyers and sellers, expediting the matter and securing future recommendations. To integrate into a team environment and to provide support to your colleagues and manager. To introduce clients and applicants to your mortgage consultant. To ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met. To achieve sales targets as agreed with your manager. To be familiar with all systems, procedures and legislation. To project a professional image to the public and work colleagues. To attend training sessions and participate fully.
