Key responsibilities:
Delivery of evaluation services: o Assessment of Quotation Information Request documents filled in by clients. o Preparation of requests to the Premastering team to prepare game builds. o Assessment of game builds provided by clients. o Liaison with the internal points of contact to obtain clarifications from clients as necessary. o Application of the companies standard QA approach to formulate a proposed QA solution. o Preparation of the Evaluation Report following company procedures. o Informing the internal departments of delays or issues with their evaluation and proposing a solution.
Scheduling and escalation: o Assessing new evaluation requests from internal departments to determine whether they are standard or not. If not, escalation to Quality Assurance Manager needs to occur. o Scheduling in the new evaluation requests based on the projected QA start date and following the scheduling guidelines. o Escalating to management when prioritisation conflicts occur in the Evaluation queue. o Updating the Evaluation Log daily.
Assist the Director of pre-production in defining and implementing continuous improvement to the Evaluation service (methodology and deliverables).
