Fold and put Express Checkout invoices into envelopes (to be done before 3 a.m.). (unpaid) Fold/put invoices into envelopes for the Accounts Department.(unpaid, both jobs done through the night shift) Handle guests queries in the centre and assist with computer/e-mail queries. Prepare hand-over sheets for the next shift. Plus, take ALL THE BACKLASH IF OTHER DEPARTMENTS MESS UP!!!
