- Management of the Returns process and operations in a cost effective and efficient manner including the development of customer facing solutions - Setting, monitoring and full control of budget for after sales service and returns - Providing end users and dealers with an industry leading and effective post sales support - Ensure the quality and performance of the product in the market place. Liasing with Sharp Corporation, Japan factories on any non conformance issues - Provision of warranty control system and processes - Ensuring SUK Regulatory compliance, and appropriate environmental controls - Provision of support for spare parts sales, achievement of spare sales and profitability targets, liasing with European Spare Parts Centre as required - Contributing to the strategic development of after sales service as a profit centre - Management and control of service providers to provide the desired standard of repairs achieving the quality , cost and declared service levels - Contributing to the overall development of the organisation - Developing and acting upon key performance indicators as required to support the overall business objectives
