Account Management of existing International clients acting as the point of contact for their queries. Responsibilities include: - to maintain relationships with the client portfolio attending meetings, presentations and events - to maintain service level agreements as per client contract and to ensure resources are sufficient to achieve delivery - to ensure delivery is provided in line with predicted budgets - Improve systems to facilitate better communication with clients - Ensure customers were fully supported both during the initial implementation of projects and throughout the relationship life cycle, seeking customer feedback and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Ensured existing client contract renewals - Meet or exceed revenue targets. - Complex Data Analysis - Reporting and budgeting
