Job profile for a It Support Technician

Working on an IT helpdesk doing 1st line, 2nd line support and also physically istalling/repairing pc's. Travelling to other office's through out the buissness and supporting that office from a helpdesk. Being responsible for backing up servers and help maintaining them. Also distributing, maintaining mobile devices to customers e.g.iphones & blackberry's. Supporting remote users and occasionally running projects to impalment new core systems into the buissiness. One more thing I nearly forgot which is in my job description "and anything else required". They have even had me hanging clocks up in meeting rooms.
