Job profile for a Legal Advisor
I manage approx 8 probate cases from start to finish, draft wills and take instructions for Wills and give legal advice from anything to guardians and trusts. Give continuous advise to agents associated with the company with regard to Wills, probate and LPA's. Train new affiliates to the company on Law of Wills and LPA's I am also in my 3rd year of ILEX and a qualified paralegal.
