Job profile for a Marketing Assistant

Main Duties
Admin support for Business Development team; producing quotations for clients, general research and document production.
Welcome visiting clients and guests, supplying drinks as required.
Preparing board room for business meetings and overseeing tidiness etc of meeting rooms.
Managing travel arrangements for VP and Business Development team, as well as for company projects. Manage, develop and maintain relationships with travel agents/ companies.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, packages, couriers etc.
Keeping ads and marketing assets up to date
Coordinating creation of new ad campaigns, event marketing materials such as banners and flyers, all company collaterals (business cards, letter head, compliment slips, etc)
Looking after website updates.
Maintaining press contacts and press releases activities
Answering telephone and passing messages.
Passing sales enquiries to the sales team (by email). Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Highly efficient and organized
Ability to deal with tight deadlines, and manage your own workload
Friendly and pleasant manner
Ability to learn new processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate, specifically: MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS-Office Suite, Illustrator, IE/Firefox.
Interest and knowledge of video games Desirable
High Level education
Languages
