Job profile for a Procurement Analyst

• Analyse, challenge, investigate and report procurement cost on a monthly basis, including analysis of duty and freight accruals and charges • Investigate PPV/inbound duty queries for all UK sites, through liaising with AP, materials management, buyers. Resolution of ad hoc issues relating to systems problems • Maintain and continuously improve PPV/CCI forecasting model and co-ordinate quarterly UK forecasting process in conjunction with procurement teams, including the monitoring of risks and opportunities to the forecast • Support the Commercial teams in pricing decisions • Monthly cash-flow forecasting to support the treasury department in currency covers • Produce annual UK procurement budget (standard costs), for all elements of the standard cost including raw materials, freight and duty • Support the Procurement team, providing innovative and creative modeling solutions for ad hoc analysis
