Job profile for a Project Secretary

Responsible for making arrangements for the project team (mining sector), which could be one man or 10 men. Travel arrangements (including visas where necessary), and accommodation. Main point of contact while they are travelling, and for the client company. Then responsible for receiving reports from all members of the team and creating a single, cohesive report which is then issued to the client. These reports are frequently over 100 pages long, and include technical data, spreadsheets, photographs, flowsheets etc. Also responsible for all filing, and ensuring client is invoiced, and any consultants used are paid promptly.
