This includes - making sure QA resources are available for sub project - requirements are available for each sub project - test cases are created to cover our testing process for each sub project monitoing defects raised against each sub project - Mkaing sure that our regression suite if constanly maintained and run for each software release - Providing sign off at the end of the QA phase. - Ensuring code is successfully deployed to the "live" environment
