MY role involves pre-sales specification of IP networking solutions for customers based on broad requirements. Key skills would be a strong product knowledge within the networking sector, strong practical skills and broad experience of networking solutions in a wide variety of sectors. Key responsibilities are gathering customer requirements, formulating an appropriate solution for their needs and feeding back ratified kitlists and designs to account managers for dissemination to the customer. Additionally strong support skills are required as ultimately my role is the final line of support for customer technical problems.
