• Possess a good typing speed with experience of diary management, room booking etc • Assist in travel arrangements for Senior Management and Directors, including booking flights/train tickets/ accommodation etc • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive systems and processes for administrative and HR purposes • Providing support as and when required at internal and external meetings, to include hospitality, taking minutes, handling delegate registration and associated admin • Management of inbound phone calls and both in and outgoing post systems • Co-ordination/management of new employee recruitment and induction • Management of office supplies such as stationery and other office supplies • Various administration related job tasks • Must be able to work to deadlines • Co-ordinating the printing and distribution of company newsletters (internal and external) • Writing and uploading news stories for company websites and ensuring website content is kept up to date • Co-ordinating mass mail-shots and e-mail blasts for promotional and marketing purposes • Managing and ensuring workload of temporary staff • Managing site contracts (e.g. recycling and cleaning) • Co-ordinating staff time sheets • Arranging, co-ordinating and minuting internal and external meetings • Monitoring staff annual leave and Time Off In Lieu, taking requests and booking leave according to company policy • Managing on-boarding and induction process of new employees Ensuring HR policies and operational procedures are kept updated
