Measure from drawings, estimate costs, prepare tender documents, draw up contracts, control costs on site, negotiate and agree final accounts

I am responsible for procuring sub contractor prices and placing orders with subcontractors for component works packages on large building projects. I analyse the worth and compliance of these submitted prices and tie the sub contractor to performance and prices. I then administer the main contract as a whole, including pricing and agreeing values for the regular duration of the building project, ensuring that changes and regular milestone claims and payments are correct and that all values due are both received and paid according to strict main and sub contract conditions. I am further responsible for agreeing the final account values for all sub contracts and negotiating the final value due from our Client for the successfully completed project. I have to prepare and persue any claims for increased costs and works to ensure maximum profit is obtained for my company.
