Job profile for a Site Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities Maintain client satisfaction by supporting CMM on assigned tasks/projects for clients. Account support activities include, but are not limited to: Client Management Support: You will own the relationship with clients in relation to the operational support of their webstores. Managing internal and external communication to ensure the desired client service levels are achieved. Using the DRCC Remote Control tools for product additions and site maintenance, marketing programs, accounting questions, inventory management and customer service issues. Assisting in reporting needs for presentations or accounting/billing question investigations, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting customer service needs. Marketing Program Support: Implementing client marketing activities directed by CMMs such as cross-sells, up-sells, bundles, email programs, CID creation, etc. Store Design Support: Assist the CMMs in the management of product and store changes that support the overall client revenue goals and consumer experience. New Program Support: Assist in the implementation activities on new marketing tools, or functionality that will be launched to the Digital River client base as directed by the Director of Account Management. Additional Services – Sales: Able to identify sites/clients that have additional opportunities for growth and work with the CMMs to ensure proper resources are assigned for selling, implementing and billing additional opportunities. Required Skill Sets • Execution-oriented, self-starter and self-navigator who can prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment and balance demands of multiple projects • Strong organizational skills, proactive business style and excellent communication skills. • Problem solving with creative approach to proactive identification and resolution of issues • Resolve technical and business problems in a fast paced environment, and accurately communicate cause, impact and results to the team and clients. • Clear and concise writing and communication skills. • Demonstrated leadership and team work qualities • Works on related projects and/or assignments as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
