General office duties including dealing with incoming and out going mail. Deal with all licensing application - acknowledge, enter into databases and grant and issue none contentious licences. Send out remewal reminders, request annual fees, chase up none payment and cancel licences or instigate court action as necessary. Correctly code all income, monitor budgets, be responsible for banking of all monies received. Act as first point of contact and provide legal advice to existing and potential licence holders. Send out any requested information and advise and guide the callers about the same. Maintain and update the website and supervise one member of staff.
