Job profile for a Web Designer
The position includes design ideas and concepts for a project/business website, including layout, flow and interactivity. This is often through Photoshop and Illustrator. I then 'break apart' the design and code it up to a working webpage through HTML and CSS. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a must for this position, while knowledge of other scripts such as PHP, Java and Ruby are a big advantage.
