What does this report show? It shows the average top salary that our respondents have earned during their career, based on the age of the respondents.

For instance, if the table has age 25 and a salary of £25,000 it means on average that respondents who are 25 have had a maximum salary of £25,000. Some respondents will have had much higher salaries at that age, others much lower, the figure shown is the average of these.
