The Primary Bonds Market
So what is the most common form of issue in the Eurobond market?
Well that is for the issue to appoint a lead manager and give them the manadate, which gives them the power to issue the bonds on behalf of the issue themselves.
Standardly, depending on the actual details of each issue and issuer, they will then appoint a management team in order to manage all the various aspects that there need to be covered off when it comes to issuing the bonds.
There is also a secondary market, as ever, but it is actually quite limited, and most issues don't actually get traded, so there is not much structure or market maker involvement with the second market in the Eurobonds.
