European Central Bank

The European Central Bank is also called the ECB.

This institution is the bank that oversees all of the financial and monetary policy for the members of the European Community (France, Germany, Spain, Italy etc)

They must co-ordinate the policies with all of the individual central banks in each of the countries that are members.
